梨山茶區為全台灣數一數二的高山茶產區，手工採摘最適宜製成茶葉的茶菁，茶湯清澈且雜質非常少， 入口清香甘甜、滑順並且尾韻嘴底回甘； 相較於一般海拔較低之高山茶， 茶味在嘴裡持續性非常強。 而我們特別選用梨山茶區海拔2150米至2350米之高山茶菁， 茶葉氣味淡雅中帶有高山氣，色、香、味俱全。
